If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

12 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 13 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  Baby cots are not available.  One older child or adult is charged USD 10.00 per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
