Enjoy your stay in one of our cosy twin rooms, which are designed to meet all your needs. 80 of our rooms include sliding panels in the wall, so that 2 rooms may be combined to form an apartment for families. Please note that all rooms are fitted with separate beds.

Hotel details

Children are most welcome at this family-oriented hotel. A large adventure playground is available in addition to a large area of land surrounding the conference centre and a small forest located behind the hotel. A childcare facility and an arts and crafts room are also available on site.

Food & Beverages

A rich breakfast buffet awaits you from 07:00 until 09:30 on weekdays and from 07:00 until 10:00 on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Although the hotel does not boast its own restaurant, a wide range of catering services are available for banquets and meetings.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in some hotel rooms and costs EUR 5.00 per 24 hours.  Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 5.00 per 24 hours. 

Parking

Public parking is possible on site and costs EUR 2.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

When booking more than 7 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
