Approach the hotel via the A8 motorway from Munich to Salzburg. The hotel is located in in Maximilianstraße, in the centre of Berchtesgaden.

Berchtesgaden and the neighbouring Lake Königssee offer skiing, water sports, cycling, horse riding, golf and much more. Keen hikers will enjoy exploring the wonderful trails of the Berchtesgaden National Park and Obersalzberg. The Kehlsteinhaus (Eagle’s Nest), lake Königssee, the Watzmann mountain and the city of Salzburg are all worth visiting during your stay.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 2.10 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years is charged EUR 10.00 per night and person in a baby cot.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
