The rooms’ cosy Bavarian design and quiet ambience promise a relaxing stay. They include en suite facilities and all modern amenities. Nearly all rooms provide wonderful views of the Berchtesgaden mountains. Bed linen for allergy sufferers can be supplied upon request.

The traditional restaurant serves delicious breakfast buffets as well as 3- and 4-course dinners. Sample refreshing beers and cocktails in the cosy cellar bar. In fine weather, you can dine on the panoramic terrace.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 2.10 city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 5 years are charged 20 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.  All children from 6 to 11 years are charged 40 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
