If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children from 2 to 4 years are charged EUR 8 per night per person when using existing bedding.  All children from 5 to 14 years are charged EUR 18 per night per person when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 28 per night per person when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
