If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.60 city/tourist tax per person older than 17 years per night is not included.  EUR 0.30 city/tourist tax per person between 13 and 17 years per night is not included.

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 7.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children or adults are charged EUR 8.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
