Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

10 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 28 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 7.00 per person.  Dinner costs EUR 16.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 9.50 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
