Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

9 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  0.5 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 6.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All further children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
