In addition to the facilities already mentioned, all apartments contain kitchens with ovens and refrigerators, and all open onto terraces offering sea views.

Hotel details

A breakage deposit of EUR 100 per apartment must be paid at check-in. This deposit is returned on the departure day once the state of the apartment has been checked.

Internet

Internet via modem is available in the business centre and charges are applicable. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 10.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 6 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first two nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
