The rooms are spacious and exterior facing. All have a balcony from which you can enjoy stunning views of the city and the sea (from the 10th floor).

Hotel details

The hotel offers an extensive range of facilities and services aimed at all publics. The Victoria miniclub has a daycare centre (in school holidays) and interior and exterior play areas for the little ones. There is also a complete programme of music and shows to attend in your free time. For those of you who want to keep fit during the holiday period, there is a gym complete with weights and aerobic machines and a beauty salon.

Food & Beverages

The restaurant Don Jaime offers a buffet with typical regional cuisine and a large variety of international dishes. In the evening there are different themed buffets on offer (Mexican, Chinese, seafood...) and show cooking.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 10.00 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary.  Half board costs EUR 3.00 per child under 12 years.  Half board costs EUR 6.00 per person.  Full board costs EUR 6.00 per child under 12 years.  Full board costs EUR 12.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 4.50 per night and person for cots.  All children from 2 to 12 years are charged EUR 12.50 per night and person for extra beds.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 25.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
