Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 6.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
