The hotel does not accept American Express as a method of payment. The published rates for stays on 24 and 31 December include a mandatory fee for the gala dinners held on these evenings.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children from 0 to 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children from 0 to 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 6.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
