Situated in downtown Bellevue, we are nine miles east of Seattle and just 20 minutes from the Seattle/Tacoma International Airport. We are also directly off of I-405 for easy access and border the corporate communities of Redmond (Microsoft), Issaquah, and Kirkland.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14.4 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children or adults stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 4.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
