Corporate Apartments do not have a 24-hour check-in desk.You must provide a mobile number during booking and state your planned check-in time (contacting Corporate Apartments if this changes). You must contact the apartments at least one hour prior to check-in to arrange the collection of keys.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of GBP 50 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 35.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
