For business guests, the hotel's banqueting and conference facilities are featured in one 550 m² ballroom with two separate break-out rooms. A Meetings Concierge Executive will be provided to assist you throughout the duration of your meeting, and a selection of items will be provided according to the needs of the attendees. Delegates will be served a 3-course or open buffet lunch, including two soft drinks per delegate, tea and coffee, in the appropriate style and setting. The main meeting room has a direct dial telephone, modem/internet connection and if required a fax machine. A full range of technical equipment will be available for hire. Additionally, a screen and flipchart are included as part of the package. A technician will be available whenever required to ensure any technical issues are rapidly resolved.

Kempinski Hotel provides free return transfers from Antalya Airport for guests staying over 5 nights in Superior or Deluxe rooms and for stays over 3 nights in Suites or Villas.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

18 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  One child from 6 to 12 years is charged EUR 65.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
