Some nationalities can get an entry permit stamped in their passport upon arrival at the airport. Please check your visa requirements before travelling and make sure you don't have restricted stamps of past visited countries in your passport.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 12:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  16 % service charge per room per night is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 12 years is charged USD 25.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One child under 3 years is charged USD 25.00 per night and person in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
