100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 10 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged USD 30 per night and person in an extra bed.  One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
