Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of the first three nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  16 % service charge per stay is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs USD 7.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
