Rates quoted are in USD on our website. Upon check out at the hotel, charges will be in CNY and exchange rate from USD to CNY will be the hotel fixed exchange rate. All reservations will be held to 6pm local time (check-in date), after which, the booked room/s will be not guaranteed and depends on hotel's room availability.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed). 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, no fee will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  10 % service charge per room per night is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs USD 3.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
