All apartments are furnished with fully-equipped European-style kitchens and feature king-sized beds with high quality pillows and 48 international television channels. Guests can also enjoy switchboard service and regular housekeeping. Each apartment also comes with washing machine and dryer.

Hotel details

Rates quoted are in USD on our website. Upon check out at the hotel, charges will be in CNY and exchange rate from USD to CNY will be the daily exchange rate. Please note that in case you are settling your hotel bill in local currency or by credit card there might be a difference in the room rate due to the currency exchange rate changes.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs USD 15.00 per 24 hours. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs USD 7.30 per day.

Pets are allowed. No extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  15 % service charge per room per night is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged USD 21.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
