Food & Beverages

We offer a buffet breakfast, which includes coffee, tea, milk and fruit juices to drink. White and whole wheat bread, croissants, marmalades and jams, as well as butter, honey, yoghurt, cereals, sliced cold meats, cheeses and eggs are also available. It is served in the English style dining room or in your room upon request. From 16:00 until 18:00, a complimentary afternoon tea is offered in our coffee bar, where we set up a stylish samovar and offer a selection of teas and dry pastries. The bar is offered in the reading and sitting rooms, where you can serve yourselves a drink free of charge as though you were at home. Should you like a bar service, simply ask our staff for a soft drink or a selection of the best spirits.

Rates quoted are in USD on our website. Upon check out at the hotel, charges will be in CNY and exchange rate from USD to CNY will be the daily exchange rate. Please note that in case you are settling your hotel bill in local currency or by credit card there might be a difference in the room rate due to the currency exchange rate changes.

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible at a location nearby.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  15 % service charge per room per night is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
