Travel information

Special requests are required in writing when making the booking, in terms of flight details for airport transfers. From the Airport take the R24 exit Johannesburg. Drive until you reach the M18 / Marcia Street Turn off. Turn left at the first main road and carry on until you reach Bradford Road. Turn left and carry on until you see us on the right.

Area information

The local attractions in the area include Eastgate shopping centre 100 metres away, Bruma Fleamarket 1.5 km away and the Emperors Palace Casino 10 km away. Tours can be arranged to see the Cullinan Diamond, Sun City and Pilansberg, Lesedi Cultural Village, Soweto and the Apartheid Museum, Lion Park and Gold Reef City amusement park.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  1 % city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast costs ZAR 85.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 12 years are charged ZAR 100.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
