For a stay of less than 7 nights, daily cleaning service excluding the kitchen area is included in the room rate. For a stay of 7 or 8 nights, cleaning service excluding the kitchen area is included in the room rate and will be provided once before check-in and once at the time of check-out. For a stay of 8 to 14 nights, cleaning service, excluding the kitchen area, is included in the room rate and will be provided once before check-in, twice during the stay and once at the time of check-out.

If you plan to arrive after 19:00, please contact the residence in advance. City tax is payable at the residence.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 7.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 1.20 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 8.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
