Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of CAD 50.00 will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12.5 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  3 % city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs CAD 10.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged CAD 20.00 per night when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
