Please note that family rooms are suitable for 2 adults and 2 children only. The public bus from Interlaken to Beatenberg runs once an hour and on weekdays the last bus in the evening runs at 21:00.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Breakfast is included in the room rate.  Dinner costs CHF 32.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
