If cancelled or modified up to 5 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 18.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 20.00 per night when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for cots.  All children under 12 years are charged EUR 35.00 per night and person for extra beds.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 50.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
