Relax in the pool and enjoy the convenience of the swim-out bar located within the pool or get a relaxing message in a nearby cabin. For a great night out catch one of the nightly shoes at the Serenata or La Rumba theaters, then visit the Areito Discotheque for some drinks and fun.

Food & Beverages

The buffet-style restaurant, Higüero, serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Open from 6:30 AM until 10:30 PM. Sombrero serves Mexican cuisine poolside and is open from 6 PM until 9 PM. Asian dishes are served up at Shangay, located at the poolside, open from 6 PM until 9 PM. Try the authentic Italian cuisine at the poolside Mamma Mia restaurant. Open 6 PM until 9 PM. La Creperie creperie offers special diet or vegetarian menus on request. Open from 7 PM until 11 PM. There is also a snack bar featuring sandwiches, hamburgers, hot dogs, mixed salads, chips, and a selection of fruit. The Hotel Caribe Club Princess also has 4 bars, serving alcoholic and alcohol-free drinks and cocktails.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Please note, children cannot be accommodated in the Honeymoon Suite. Incidental Check Out: One night penalty for reservations of one week or less. Two nights penalty for reservations of more than one week. Maximum number of persons allowed per room: 3 adults and 1 child or 2 adults and 2 children.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 6-2 days before date of arrival, the first two nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first three nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

Tax is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Meals and selected beverages is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children from 2 to 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
