The Tropical Princess boasts a number of daily and nightly activities, including free diving lessons, mini-golf, tennis and bicycles. Your stay is completed with full access to entertainment at the two theaters as well as a fully equipped spa. Children of all ages can enjoy themselves at the Children’s Club or the Teenagers Club, offering nightly activities and entertainment. Aside from a variety of daily and nightly activities, the Tropical Princess is home to “Calle Caribeña” a large shopping area with a large variety of interesting shops and boutiques.

Food & Beverages

The Tropical Princess offers guests a variety of dining options, from buffet and à la carte restaurants to snack bars, specialty bistros and bars. There are also 3 bars located at the Tropical Princess serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and cocktails.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Incidental Check Out: One night penalty for reservations of one week or less. Two nights penalty for reservations of more than one week. Maximum number of persons allowed per room: 3 adults and 1 child or 2 adults and 2 children.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 6-2 days before date of arrival, the first two nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first three nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

26 % Tax is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Meals and selected beverages is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children from 2 to 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
