The Schloss Schänke’s Lounge can be found in the reception area. While in the Lounge, you can enjoy a comprehensive selection of wines from around the world. Furthermore, the Lounge offers a range of beers, spirits and refreshing soft drinks. Daily newspapers are also available in the Lounge.

The Schloss Schänke's check-in times are from 15:00 until 21:30, from Monday to Saturday. On Sunday, check-in is from 12:00 to 15:00. If you plan to arrive outside of these times, you must contact the hotel in advance.

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 5 to 15 years are charged EUR 18.00 per night and person for extra beds.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 29.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
