Both Apartments have their own private entrances and feature a spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen area. The lounge has chocolate brown leather sofas; table and chairs; a 32-inch plasma-screen TV with Freeview channels; Wi-Fi internet access; and CD player with iPod dock. You can find a welcome pack of fresh milk, tea, fresh coffee and biscuits on arrival, and a complimentary first breakfast of croissants and cereals sets you up for the day. Bed linen, towels, soap and toilet rolls are provided, as well as all kitchen equipment - washing-up liquid, bin bags, kitchen roll, kitchen cloth and tea towels. Bedrooms can be arranged as super king-size doubles or twins.

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
