All of the rooms are bright, very much appreciated, comfortable and spacious. The house boasts 5 excellent en suite guest rooms, valued throughout, some with king-size and wrought iron beds. The rooms have flat-screen TVs, highly regarded, CD and DVD players, radio/alarm clocks and tea/coffee making facilities. Each room has recently been refurbished and all have been tastefully decorated and beautifully furnished. Guests have use of the houses gardens and a cosy lounge, very much appreciated, which has Sky TV. Free broadband Wi-Fi wireless internet access is available in all the rooms. Warm, highly regarded, contemporary and attractive, Chestnut House is run by your hosts, Toni and Dawn, who pride themselves on offering superb hospitality in a romantic and relaxing atmosphere. A generous cooked breakfast is included in the price. A delicious breakfast is included in the price and is served in the light and airy dining room, which overlooks the garden. During the summer months, breakfast can be also be served al fresco. Breakfast includes organic and locally sourced produce wherever possible. As well as the traditional English breakfast, you could also enjoy smoked salmon with scrambled eggs and home-made blini; poached buttered kippers; and smoked haddock with poached eggs. There is also an extensive buffet table with fresh fruit salad, freshly baked pastries, cereals and yoghurts. Special dietary requirements can be catered for on request.
