All of the en suite rooms have a TV and a well-stocked hospitality tray. The rooms are individually decorated and tastefully furnished with a pleasant mix of antiques and modern facilities. Free wireless internet is available throughout. Some of the rooms have views of the city and the Royal Crescent, valued throughout, while others overlook the lovely gardens. The city centre is just 10 minutes’ walk away, highly regarded, making the guest house a great base from which to explore all the attractions of the historic city of Bath, which is a World Heritage Site. Visitors appreciate the hotel is located in a quiet residential street, and above all, conveniently located just off the A367. Start your day with a choice of items from the varied breakfast buffet and then enjoy a delicious traditional English breakfast, very much appreciated, freshly cooked to order. Breakfast is served in the beautiful, spacious dining room, which overlooks the gardens. To start with, you can choose from cereals, fruits, juices and yoghurts from the breakfast buffet. You can then enjoy a generous full cooked English breakfast. Special dietary requirements can be accommodated on request. Breakfast, is served between 08:00 and 09:00 on weekdays and between 08:30 to 09:30 at weekends.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children older than 12 years are welcome.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
