Hotel details

The rates given are for tourists holding a foreign passport. For guests holding an Israeli passport, an additional 16.5% VAT will be applied by law. When making a reservation, please advise your approximate time of arrival by leaving a remark in the booking form or using the email address provided on your confirmation letter. This is a self-catering apartment complex and therefore there is no daily cleaning. For guests staying 7 days or longer, a weekly cleaning is available without charge. This apartment building does not have hotel services such as a reception. The apartment building has a 24-hours security desk where guests can pick up their key by mentioning their name to the security staff. 30 days prior to arrival, 2 nights will be charged from the credit card. This amount is non-refundable.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, the first two nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first two nights will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 4.
