Travel information

Your hotel booking confirmation is also the ticket for the public transfer from the airport or train station to the hotel. From the SBB train station take tram number 8 in direction of Kleinhueningen. From the German railway station take tram number 6 in direction of Allschwil. Get off at the Rheingasse stop.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  CHF 3.20 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 45.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
