Food & Beverages

The brand-new Filini Restaurant will be open as of June 2009. Therefore the Steinenpick restaurant is under construction and lunch and dinner will be served in the Oval Bar and lounge during the entire period.

145 rooms will refurbished between the end of November 2009 and mid-March 2010. The refurbishment will take place during daytime only. The Pool Inn Club will be renovated between mid-December 2009 and the end of February 2010. During this time the pool will be closed.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  CHF 3.20 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs CHF 31.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 17 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 80.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
