Rooms

In addition to the listed amenities, all the apartments feature a fully-equipped kitchen (table service, ceramic hobs, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and electric coffee maker), a bathroom with a towel warmer and a flat screen TV with international channels. A direct-dial telephone, a safety deposit box and broadband Internet access are available at an additional cost.

Hotel details

Cost includes: - accommodation - beds made up for arrival - bathroom towels - cleaning (except kitchen area and dishes) and change of the bed linen and of the household linen every seventh day - end-of-stay cleaning - dishcloth - television (with international channels) In addition to all these services, a daily cleaning is included in the room rate for short stays (less than 4 nights). Fees apply for an extra cleaning.

Security deposit: A EUR 200 security deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure. A baby kit (cot, high chair) is available on request according to availability.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs CHF 16.00 per 24 hours. 

Parking

Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and charges are applicable. 

Pets

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  CHF 3.20 city/tourist tax per person older than 13 years per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs CHF 8.50 per child under 12 years.  Breakfast costs CHF 22.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
