The fully furnished the hotel apartments are all centrally located in Basel, valued throughout, well accessible by public transport and thus provide a convenient and inexpensive alternative to hotel rooms. The Transcom apartments are either located close to the Rhine river, which is 1-room apartments,, highly regarded, behind the train station, which is 2-room apartments, or right at the banks of the Rhine, which is 4-room apartments, . There are also double rooms with shared bathrooms. The reasonably priced double rooms can be found close to the train station.

Cancellation Policy

Please note, if cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  CHF 3.40 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 9 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 45.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
