Air conditioning is made available during the summer months at the hotel's discretion.

Please note: - For late arrivals and early departures, the hotel will charge a penalty of a maximum of 3 nights. - The apartments are equipped with bed and bath linens. Final cleaning is included in the rate. Daily cleaning is available on request and at extra costs.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 7.00 per hour.  Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

20 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 13.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
