Hotel details

On arrival you must collect your keys from 15:00 to 18:00 at Beatrix Residence's reception. Any arrivals after 18:00 must be arranged with the hotel or a EUR 50 charge will be applied. Heating/air conditioning is not included and must be requested in advance. Air conditioning costs approximately EUR 50 per week. Linen can be rented on site for an additional fee. Prior to departure you are expected to dispose of rubbish, wash your dishes and turn off the fridge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

20 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 4 years is charged EUR 5.00 per night and person in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
