If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged at least 20 days prior to arrival and is refundable.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years is charged EUR 10 per night and person in a baby cot.  One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  Up to two older children or adults are charged EUR 25 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
