A breakage deposit of EUR 150 is required at check-in. This will be returned at check-out once the condition of the room has been checked. All guests must contact the property 48 hours in advance of their anticipated time of arrival, by contacting the property directly using the contact details which appear on the Booking Confirmation issued by this site. Keys can be collected in the propertys office, located in the same building as the apartments at 3, Calle Sant Nicolau. The reception is open from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 19:30. Guests having to check-in outside of these times must inform the hotel in advance. Guests having to check in after 22:00 must pay an additional surcharge of EUR 25.

Internet

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 25.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable.
