The apartments do not have a reception. Guests must send an e-mail indicating their estimated time of arrival to Barcelona. This ensures that they will be met at the apartments upon arrival. The following mandatory cleaning fees are not included in the rates and are payable at check-in: Stays of 1-7 nights: EUR 50 Stays of 8-14 nights: EUR 70 Stays of 15-21 nights: EUR 90 For stays longer than 7 nights this cleaning service is provided weekly and includes a change of bed linen and towels. Guests requiring an extra cleaning service should contact the reception. Apartments include clean towels and bed linen, and these are not changed daily as part of the standard service. Guests may request changes of towels or linen for an additional charge.

Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 20.00 per day.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of EUR 150 per room will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for cots in the room. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
