A transfer service from the airport to the apartment is available at an extra fee and can be requested by email.

Check-in: Guests should inform the Barcelona 54 of their expected time of arrival in the Comments section when booking. Guests should arrive after 15:00. After 11:00, it may be possible for guests to enter the apartment if it is ready and, if not, they may drop off their luggage and return later. Please call the staff on arrival into the city on the number that appears on the Booking Confirmation email and a representative will meet guests at the apartment. If for any reason, the expected time of arrival is delayed by more than 30 minutes, guests should inform the property staff as soon as possible. Please be aware that an extra charge may be payable for guests checking-in outside the specified check-in hours. On arrival: Guests must pay the remaining amount of their stay in cash. A member of staff will accompany guests to their apartment and supply them with all the necessary information for their stay. Guests will be supplied with 2 sets of keys. Check-out: Guests must leave their apartments at 11:00 although it is recommended that they are prepared to leave between 09:00 and 10:00. A member of staff will visit to check the condition of the apartment, collect the keys and return the total deposit in the case of the apartment being in an acceptable condition. If the apartment is not vacated until after 11:00, an extra night will be charged. Cleaning fees: All rates shown do not include the additional and obligatory cleaning fee of EUR 60 (EUR 40 for the Attic Apartments). The apartments will be in a clean condition on arrival and should be left clean and tidy on departure.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in some hotel rooms and charges are applicable. 

Parking

Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible) and charges are applicable.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.  A fixed amount of EUR 150 per room will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 50.00 per stay for cots.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
