Pension Ache and Minihotel is spread over 2 properties, located very near each other in the neighbourhood of Sant Gervasi. The reception for both properties is situated in Calle Aribau.

The guesthouse is spread over 2 buildings, located very close to one another, in Calle Denia and Calle Aribau respectively. Those arriving after 23.00 should indicate their anticipated time of arrival by telephone or email, so the hotel personnel can allow you to access the guesthouse.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible) and charges are applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
