Hotel details

The minimum length of stay is 2 nights. It is a family-oriented environment so no stag or hen parties are permitted. At check-in, a breakage deposit of EUR 150 will be charged for the contents of the apartment. During check-out, a member of the property's staff will visit the apartment to check its condition and, in the case of no damage, return the deposit. The cleaning service upon arrival and departure is not included in the rate and costs EURO 30, payable upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of EUR 150 per room will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
