Rooms

Apartments measure between 65 and 125 m², and come equipped with modern design features. Each one includes between one and 3 twin or double bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate kitchen with oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and washer-dryer. Kitchen utensils are also included. The lounge opens onto a balcony and features a 21-inch, flat-screen TV and music equipment, as well as a double sofa bed. All bed linen and towels are provided.

Guests should indicate their anticipated time of arrival when booking. All guests should also call the property directly on arrival in the city. The contact telephone number appears on the Booking Confirmation issued by this site. Guests having to check in after 20:00 must pay an additional surcharge of EUR 20. Deposit: A breakage deposit of EUR 150 per apartment is payable at check-in. This deposit will be returned once the condition of the apartment has been checked. For reservations of 2 apartments or more, a prepayment of EUR 250 will be required. This will be arranged directly with Customer Services once the reservation has been made. A free cleaning service is provided for guests staying 7 nights or more.

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 23.00 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of EUR 150 per room will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
