Please note that a mandatory final cleaning fee of EUR 50 is not included in the reservation price and is payable locally. At check-in guests must collect their keys for the apartments from 27 Carrer de Marqués de Barbera. The office opening hours are Monday to Friday, from 09.00 to 18.00. If you expect to arrive outside of office hours, please call the telephone number provided on the Booking Confirmation issued by this site. All guests must check out the apartments no later than 10.00. Those wishing to leave later must contact the property directly prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 42 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.  A fixed amount of EUR 150 per room will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
