The accommodation comprises individual or twin rooms for private stays, or mixed and female-only shared dorms. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms and Wi-Fi internet access. Enjoy the air conditioning in the summer months and study your maps and guides under the individual reading lights.

The recently opened Urbany provides fresh and trendy design that includes eco-friendly technology. Innovative layout and bold colours give the hostel a stylish, fashionable feel – in tune with the urban surroundings. At the Urbany you have use of the adjacent club’s faclities which include an indoor swimming pool, gym and sauna. In the evening, relax and chat with friends in the common room where you can also enjoy digital TV. Urbany´s security includes keycard access to your room and individual locker. The hostel also has available facilties for meetings and other functions.

Food & Beverages

Start your day with the Urbany’s free breakfast and make the most of your own kitchen faclities. The Tolc Bar sells food and drink to eat in or take away at a reasonable price. Alternatively, you can buy a quick snack from the hostel’s vending machines.

Please print the Booking Confirmation email. This should be produced at check in. Guests who anticipate arriving after 18.00 should contact the hotel directly prior to travel. This can be noted in the Comments box when booking, or by using the contact details provided on the Booking Confirmation email. American Express is not accepted as a method of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
