All bookings are subject to a minimum stay of 3 nights. The balance of the reservation fee must be paid in cash at check-in. Payment by credit card is permitted for amounts above EUR 800, but is subject to a 4% surcharge (only Visa and MasterCard are accepted, and card payments are by prior request only). Bookings exceeding EUR 1,500 must pay 30% of the total at the time of booking. A breakage deposit of EUR 200 per apartment is payable at check in (the credit card used during the booking process will be used in the absence of cash). This amount will be refunded at check-out once the condition of the apartment has been checked. In addition, on arrival day all guests must complete and sign a registration form. All guests must check out by 11:00. Apartments are available from between 11:00 and 14:00, depending on previous occupancy (a luggage storage room is available on request). Arrivals after 23:00 are subject to an additional surcharge. Rules regarding appropriate behaviour and security in the apartments will be explained at check in and must be followed. Non-compliance may result in the early termination of the booking. Apartments are cleaned and provided with fresh linen and towels prior to check in (cot linen not provided). A cleaning service is provided for stays of more than 7 days. The apartment must be left in a reasonable condition at the end of stay.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children from 3 to 18 years are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
