All guests should contact the property directly prior to travel to make arrangements for key collection. An email address will appear on the booking confirmation. A breakage deposit of between EUR 150-500 (dependent on the size of the apartment) is required at check-in. This will be returned at check-out once the condition of the apartment has been checked. Pets and private parties are not permitted in the apartment. Bed linen and towels are included, as well as an iron and ironing board. Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
