Complemented by a "Business Centre" that makes specialised provision to business clients and catering for all their needs: high-speed internet connection, fax, photocopying service, courier company, translators. As well as secretarial service in general. Complementary services include the provision of stewards, sound or computer technicians.

Dos Cielos Restaurant & Lounge: Showcases the work of 2 of the world's culinary elite, Javier and Sergio Torres. This intimate gourmet restaurant has a creative atmosphere and serves innovative dishes, desserts and drinks. Enjoy the panoramic views from the balcony. The Sky Food Bar: Serves colourful, creative cuisine based on Spanish favourites and all made with fresh ingredients. Angels and Kings Club: An exclusive meeting point for people of the city and guests. It is located on the New York Club Floor.

For reservations for more than 5 rooms, a prepayment is required: Once the reservation is made, the hotel will get in touch with the customer to agree on how to prepare the prepayment.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 23.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
